Former Investec CEO Stephen Kossef accepted to become joint Chairman of YES. He said: “We need everyone to play a role here. Help the youth to get employed. This includes the small and medium-sized businesses as well as large corporates.”

You can also use YES and jump two BBBEE Levels. For far less than you would’ve paid to improve your scorecard in the past!

Most of us will agree: Skills development is essential for growth, but it’s not enough.To achieve BEE compliance, companies spent vast amounts of money into skills development. And hoped for the best. But much of the training was not thought through.

But the internships and jobs did not happen.
